The principals of the company have over 25 years of experience in agency operations and talent management, both in Canada and the United States. Along with the Los Angeles-based Open Entertainment subsidiary, the company is able to cover projects across North America and overseas. Agents and managers at Kirk Talent are focused on developing long term relationships, with a particular focus on professional, creative and personal development. Kirk Talent has been directly involved in the development of motion picture projects, and is a member of TAMAC.
